Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we have a service agreement that clearly outlines the service you receive so there are no hidden costs or false expectations. This ensures consistent quality and protects both parties.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We service pools in the rain! If rain is too heavy, we perform a chemical-only service. For safety (OSHA guidelines), we do not work during lightning or severe weather, and we absolutely do not work during hurricanes.
Which chemicals are included?
Basic chemicals are included with limits: Chlorine, Salt (1 bag/mo), Sodium Bicarb, and Acid. Specialty chemicals like Conditioner and Algaecides are not included in the monthly price.
